New Orleans Origins: A Journey of Food, Drink, and Music

On Friday, January 26 at 6:00pm, the Pennsylvania Philharmonic will present an evening of food, drink, and music at the John Wright Restaurant in York County. Join us as we explore the vibrant history New Orleans cuisine, classic cocktails, and original music. 

Members of the orchestra will perform a program that tells the story of important classical influences in the creation of Jazz music and the unique New Orleans sound. In additon to an intimate musical performance, guests will be treated to a special New Orleans inspired menu, created by John Wright Restraunt's chef, Jim Switzenberg. Other highlight of the evening will include classic New Orleans cocktails, bourbon tasting, open bar, and a silent auction to support the Philharmonic's music education programs.
